JAMES COOPER is a professional musician and producer based in Boston, MA. With over 25 years of music experience, he brings precision and passion to every project. He is the drummer and vocalist for the metal band City of Dis.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Massachusetts Boston (2012) and further advanced his technical expertise at Berklee College of Music, where he earned an Advanced Professional Certificate in Music Production and Technology (2020).

Beyond performing, James works as a producer, sound recordist, mixer, and editor, combining his deep musical knowledge with a sharp ear for tone, texture, and arrangement. Whether on stage or in the studio, he approaches every project with professionalism, artistry, and an unwavering commitment to audio excellence.
